ZoodulcisModeratorSkoppy is going to need a bunch of crickets for several more weeks yet. But after that, he will need more veggies. See the article on feeding crickets on the Critter Depot site. It breaks down the amount needed month by month. That will help you plan and budget for his needs.
ZoodulcisModeratorOh now that is a hoot! If Rocky likes crickets more than fuzzies, you might consider posting this awesome pic under the ball python category. Then advise friends to visit both categories and vote for both pets. Perfectly allowable! So why not? Best of holiday cheer to you all there, and you fab pets, as well.
ZoodulcisModeratorOK, I got it now. This is Bubba J and friend. Looks like a happy family. I am going to delete the other post so that if friends log on they don’t split their votes. They need to vote for one entry only to assure cricket contest success. But all pictures and inquiries are welcomed, even if they are not entered into the cricket contest.
ZoodulcisModeratorNow that is interesting. It appears that she has started to prefer the naturalistic side. She must be able to tell the difference and is making a choice that reflects outdoor objects. Fascinating!
ZoodulcisModeratorThat is a remarkably similar story!! So now you have an accidental pet. What do you think of him so far? Have you tried to handle him at all?
ZoodulcisModeratorIntensely adorable. How many little boys do you have?
ZoodulcisModeratorRex has a vote from me!
ZoodulcisModeratorFunny, I thought the little pictures looked painted. Clever idea. Does Olive seem to appreciate all of the work you do in interior design?
ZoodulcisModeratorIt sometimes happens that way. One forum member rescued an anole who became a beloved family pet. As I recall they moved from south to north, and the little guy hitch-hiked accidentally. He somehow managed not to freeze before they discovered him and saved his life. They admired his pluck and the rest is history.
ZoodulcisModeratorSorry, she. The motif is hysterical. What a lot of work to put into her home! Who did the custom artwork hanging on the wall?
ZoodulcisModeratorThanks for that ID, AB. Also, the new accidental gecko owner may be able to pick up some tips and tricks for care and housing under the Gold dust day gecko guide on the Critter Depot site.
ZoodulcisModeratorSo glad for the good news! Thanks for sharing and thanks for being a part of Critter Fam. And Happy Holidays. Stay safe and well joyful.
ZoodulcisModeratorWhaaaaaat!? That’s the first time I have heard of a beardie described that way. Chameleons yes. But beardies? Any theories as to why? Tragic childhood?
ZoodulcisModeratorI thought it looked pretty roomy. Very posh. Is he your first beardie?
ZoodulcisModeratorHas the humidity problem been solved yet? If so, what worked?
