Thank you so much for that feedback. I’m sure the Keymaster (alias The Boss) appreciates it too. To try and maintain a sense of community and safety, I had to block some flamers a few years ago. That was unpleasant, but since that time the support that you and others have shown has been very encouraging. Knowing that one is appreciated makes it a pleasure to be a moderator for this site.

It’s hard to be sure, but his weight seems ideal to me. Thanks for listing the antibiotics by name. New keepers are often at wits end as to what to use for the type of ailment you described that will be reptile safe yet effective. So keep up the good work and enjoy those budgies!!

It does give her a bit of character in the face. Will she need to be on a special diet all her life to accomodate the jaw alignment, or at maturity will she be eating the typical beardie diet of veggies and bugs?

If I disagree with it, I will likely express that difference of opinion respectfully. But so far, I find your input to be considered and helpful, and a boon to the forum in general, so no worries.

Budgies huh, my daughter is into those and she just loves them. I’m sure you know how important it is not to cook with non-stick pans now that those guys are in the house. Correct?
