ZoodulcisModeratorWhat made you decide to add the anole? Was he a rescue?
ZoodulcisModeratorDo you think he will keep growing for a few more months?
ZoodulcisModeratorShe looks pretty happy. Can you share a story about her rescue and the loss of her toes? You seem to have a ton of supportive friends that must already know the tale, but other forum members may not and I am always interested!
ZoodulcisModeratorBeardie-robics! You should have a video. If you ever do, please post it here.
I pet those gals eat plenty of chow. How many crickets per month?
ZoodulcisModeratorThat was my impression, that sometimes Chammies can be standoffish. How nice for you that your’s is so different! And the sound of the vacuum doesn’t scare her! What a wonderful pet. What do you gut load her crickets with?
ZoodulcisModeratorIt’s awesome that they are so social. That must be a real hoot. Do they run around the house from time to time?
ZoodulcisModeratorOMG Rasta is really good at mixed signals! And this photo captures it perfectly. How old is he and does he seem to like handling at all when there is not food involved?
ZoodulcisModeratorYoshi looks ready to pounce on those crickets. Looking at Yoshi’s tail, he/she looks pretty well fed. How many crickets does Yoshi eat in one week?
ZoodulcisModeratorStrawberries do seem to be a beardie all time favorite! Some forum members dust their beardie’s strawberry bits with Reptical or other powdered supplements because it sticks to that juicy surface so well. And if you are stuck at home now, mustard greens are super easy to grow. If you are looking for an activity to stay busy, you could go online and order mustard seeds. Scatter them in any open spot in your yard or in a planter box and you will have greens for him in less than 2 months. Just a lock-down thought 🤣
ZoodulcisModeratorThe blue feet are a hoot.
A word of caution on sand for Leos, they have a real tendency to ingest it over time, which can cause impaction. Impaction can be cleared out naturally, but sometimes it isn’t, and then it can be fatal. To get more information on this, may I recommend the care guide on Leopard Geckos available right on the Critter Depot site? Then you can review the set-up and see what you think with a bit more information in hand.
ZoodulcisModeratorAnole how that can happen sometimes! This seems like a nice mix for a terrarium/vivarium. How many frogs and how many anoles altogether?
ZoodulcisModeratorKiss, kiss, kiss…that little one knows how to get the goodies. How old and what sex?
ZoodulcisModeratorThat orange baby looks pretty content. What is her name and is she a color morph?
ZoodulcisModeratorWhat a heart-warming smile!! I bet he is a hoot. How old?
ZoodulcisModeratorSounds like a nicely varied diet. Is he fond of greens or berries at all?
