ZoodulcisModeratorSocial distancing not required here!! He looks so relaxed. I believe you are the first Tegu mommy to post. What do your instructors think about having him in class? That is when there is class!
ZoodulcisModeratorSo young and yet so wise. And so flexible!
ZoodulcisModeratorFunny how kids aren’t nearly as excited about the simple things in nature, like fascinating logs, as the teachers are. Acquiring things that move is always more fascinating to the young. I have a suggestion. Have all of those housebound students log into this site and give this posting a critter gold. One per student is all that is allowed, but still over the next two weeks it could really add up and you might win. That should tickle those kids a little!
ZoodulcisModeratorI have to admit, this really made me laugh out loud. I hope you are posting this on Instagram. How long have you had Pascal and do you take him out for a stretch every day?
ZoodulcisModeratorMaybe this famous Beardie needs an agent! Cute photo. Have you had this pet very long?
ZoodulcisModeratorDragons in the mist! That is a good size tank for him at this point. When you upsize will you buy a commercial habitat or build him a custom one yourself?
ZoodulcisModeratorOh Yikes! A hearty appetite. Is he still a growing boy?
ZoodulcisModeratorLet us know how it works out!
ZoodulcisModeratorI would vote for him. He seems very enlightened. Hold is he?
ZoodulcisModeratorWhile pill bugs are great detrivores, they are notorious for their internal parasite load. If the pet does eat them occasionally, then the end result could be more harm than good. Better to order captive-raised, clean springtails from a supply house. They will reproduce in the habitat regularly and you may only need one order to keep the habitat really clean perpetually.
ZoodulcisModeratorDoes he get to come out and play every day?
ZoodulcisModeratorExcellent! Are your geckos male and female?
ZoodulcisModeratorPlease do, and three years is impressive. Do you have any detritivores in there such as springtail, etc? Of course, the froggies might eat them, but maybe not all. Just a thought.
ZoodulcisModeratorThis picture is good enough to be a screen saver. Very raptor-like expression. Does the lizard do this often?
ZoodulcisModeratorHe does seem focused and determined. Does he get crickets only on Sundays and never at any other time?
