A pretty name for a pretty girl. And yeah, they do keep us centered and comforted in a world gone mad. Do you rescue all kinds of critters, or just reptiles?

One of the more unique enclosure pieces I’ve seen. What is he/she’s name?

That is hilarious and probably so funny that it’s hard to discourage. Just curious, how many crickets do they consume each week?

If the answer is no, no feces in her hide, then my suggestion is that she is indeed constipated. It can happen suddenly and for no apparent reason. Other forum members have had good results with a tsp of dissolved honey in the soaking bow, and gentle massage. The honey bath needs to be at least 15 minutes in duration in pleasantly warm water, at least once per day, although twice seems to be better.

So she never comes out to sit in her water bowl? Have you checked her hide to see if she has pooped in there?

So he really does startle easily. Perhaps when he is older he will grow more confident. The more he is around startling but harmless stimuli, the more he should habituated to it. Should being a relative term, because beardies have such diverse personalities.

Hah! That little stinker. I’ve been slapped in the face by a bonobo, and a marmoset would be better. Not behavior that should be encouraged, however.

That’s awesome! Quite a few member have reptiles that have formed friendships with household mammals, even cats! So cute.
