          Did you find the ordering and shipping process user friendly? Was the shipping prompt and done with the appropriate container to keep him comfortable?

          She kept in contact through the entire process. He was shipped in a very secure container and had plenty of ventilation and the proper temperature packs included. Out of the two that I have received with shipping he was definitely the better packaged of the two!

          That is super good to know in case other forum members need assistance with a purchase that needs to be shipped. What sort of temperature pack did they use?
