      Speedy the Gecko

      Speedy is our first gecko, and has a great personality. He loves to come out at night (this photo was taken with an iPhone 11 in the dark) and prowl. He also loves to chase crickets around his vivarium. They don’t last too long! He’s also friendly as can be and is fun to take care of.

      He looks like he is a very good weight, with a round but not massive tail. What sort of lighting do you use for him at night and are you happy with it?
