looks like a great opportunity for her to make a big mess! Has she started to brumate at all, or is she just as active as over the summer?

This is our first winter with Rex. I’m just learning about brumating. Rex has been a bit more slow moving but is always waiting at the cage door to be let out.

I’m guessing Rex has artistic tendencies. 🤣 Is Rex pretty chill when helping you do schoolwork, or does he get a need for speed?

He loves to type and mess with the touchscreen of the computer. He was pretty speedy but has since slowed down. He has a spot at the window that he likes to look out too. I’m guessing he is prepping for brumation with how much he has slowed down.

We “acquired” Rex so we aren’t quite sure. Is there a way to find out?

So he is 18″ long and 373 grams. That seems to fit 3 different ages lol. I would say he is sub adult?
