          Vitamin spray sounds so convenient! How do you provide calcium? Is Ironman a favorite superhero? I have a thing for Agent Phil Coulsen!! But don’t tell anyone 😉

          Yes Iron man is a favorite! I gut load and dust my crickets for her calcium. Coulsen is awesome too!
