This little guy is Bowser! He is 2 years old, but not much larger than a gold dollar coin. He is an Eastern Box Turtle. He was found by a nice man, half frozen to the ground. He took him in and tried to care for him. He didn’t know much about turtles or reptiles and Bowser ended up with shell issues, so he asked for help. I often rescue and re-home all sorts of animals, so I had all Bowser would need and knew how to help.
He’s been with us for a year now. He has many animal siblings, but the ones that eat crickets are: A leopard Gecko, a Veiled Chameleon, 2 Sugar Gliders, a rat and sometimes hermit crabs.
